Jaimie's Bio

Jaimie’s approach to project management always begins with building a strong relationship with his clients. To him, relationship building is done through conversations either in person or via phone to understand the client's needs. He wants his clients to think of him as someone who solves their problems as opposed to someone who just does what they ask. Unexpected issues always arise during a project, some the client may not have anticipated. Jaimie tries to be proactive in identifying these potential issues and to work diligently to find a solution that is in the client’s best interest. He is always available to answer questions. Jaimie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo.

Richard can be described as an engineer's engineer. While most engineers are logical thinkers and problem solvers, he thrives in the technical complexities of the project with meticulous attention to detail. Richard is a rare find, being licensed in civil, structural and electrical engineering. He applies this multi-disciplined engineering methodology to A/E services for the wireless communications industry. Richard’s approach to project management focuses on quality, accuracy and upfront planning to minimize surprises on site and deliver the best solution for his clients. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.

Having worked most of her career in the architecture and engineering industry, Ann has the unique ability to take complex technical information and present it in a clear manner that is understandable for non-technical audiences. She believes good marketing begins with empathy for her clients. She puts herself in the client’s shoes to personalize the experience then creates concise, well thought out marketing solutions. Ann believes good storytelling and writing begins with attentively listening to the client, aligning the message with the company vision and genuinely connecting with the audience. Ann holds a Master of Arts in Media Management and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Kent State University.

TJ’s approach to building relationships with clients is simple – he cares. He prefers a conversation to an email or message regardless of whether it is a straightforward question or a difficult problem. TJ is extremely personable and wants to make a human connection with his clients which explains his “people-first” approach to project management. Rebekah has focused her skills on analyzing, designing and modifying mounts used to secure equipment for the wireless communications industry. She is also experienced with the analysis and design of broadcast towers, including sites up to 1,500 feet high. Rebekah’s approach to managing projects is based on her passion for helping people. She spends time with her clients, making a connection to better deliver solutions. She has an energetic personality and loves being challenged. Mike approaches project management with a focus on thoroughness, efficiency and maintaining a high level of quality. From diligently explaining the project particulars to proactively addressing concerns, he makes clear and effective communication with the client a priority. Mike works in the Buildings Group and is mainly responsible for retail projects. His straightforward approach to design and exceptional follow-through skills are both qualities our clients appreciate and value, particularly for fast-paced retail projects. Mike holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron.

David Hawkins, PE

David's Bio

Dave is a recognized expert in monopole analysis, design and reinforcement. He developed software to analyze monopoles (when none existed), holds several U.S. patents for monopole reinforcing systems and developed a stronger, more efficient blind bolt system for monopole reinforcement. In his current role as President of the firm, Dave’s focus continues to be on innovation and customer service. He can often be heard saying, “We have to earn the client’s business every day.”  Dave is passionate about helping clients. Dave holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the TIA TR-14 Structural Standards for Communications Structures Committee.

Chad currently oversees the Power Group and also manages the project coordination group. An important aspect of Chad’s management and client development style revolves around trust. He believes trust is earned and not granted. Simply put, providing technical expertise for a client does not earn you the right to continue working for them. Chad approaches relationships with clients as a long-term process based on exceptional service, active listening and the ability to deliver uncompromising results with honesty and integrity. Chad holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Indiana Wesleyan University.

From concealments to reinforcements to complex foundations, throughout his tenure, Justin has had a hand in all aspects of this work. Most recently, he has specialized in deep foundation systems and unique pile solutions. Justin currently oversees the Monopole Department in the firm’s Communications Group. His style to managing his team is to get to know the individual capabilities of each and giving them responsibilities based on their unique technical abilities. Justin believes that a good manager should be an expert in the tasks that staff are asked to perform. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University. He currently serves as Chair of the TIA Ad Hoc Group for Foundations.

Jason oversees production work for monopole structural analysis and modification design and he has also recently spearheaded the development of the firm’s field services. Marsha began her career in advertising, but quickly realized that numbers were her passion and shifted her focus to accounting. Marsha is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management and financial reporting. She also handles the necessary, but sometimes uncomfortable, task of collections. Marsha views client relationships as a partnership built on mutual respect and a solid rapport. She believes that a strong client relationship begins with upfront, transparent communication. Marsha wants to understand a client’s situation so she can provide support. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Illinois State University.
