Richard is a rare find, being licensed in civil, structural and electrical engineering. He applies this multi-disciplined engineering methodology to A/E services for the wireless communications industry. Richard’s approach to project management focuses on quality, accuracy and upfront planning to minimize surprises on site and deliver the best solution for his clients. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.

Having worked most of her career in the architecture and engineering industry, Ann has the unique ability to take complex technical information and present it in a clear manner that is understandable for non-technical audiences. She believes good marketing begins with empathy for her clients. She puts herself in the client’s shoes to personalize the experience then creates concise, well thought out marketing solutions. Ann believes good storytelling and writing begins with attentively listening to the client, aligning the message with the company vision and genuinely connecting with the audience. Ann holds a Master of Arts in Media Management and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from Kent State University.

TJ’s approach to building relationships with clients is simple – he cares. He prefers a conversation to an email or message regardless of whether it is a straightforward question or a difficult problem. TJ is extremely personable and wants to make a human connection with his clients which explains his “people-first” approach to project management. His ability to work well with others and his strong attention to detail also make him an outstanding mentor and trainer for other engineers in the office. TJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron.

Rebekah has focused her skills on analyzing, designing and modifying mounts used to secure equipment for the wireless communications industry. She is also experienced with the analysis and design of broadcast towers, including sites up to 1,500 feet high. Rebekah’s approach to managing projects is based on her passion for helping people. She spends time with her clients, making a connection to better deliver solutions. She has an energetic personality and loves being challenged. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.

Brian’s long tenure in corporate finance combined with his proven track record of effective leadership ensure that the company’s assets are well protected. Brian does not fit the typical stereotype for accountants being introverted number crunchers. On the contrary, his outgoing personality and good communication skills make Brian very approachable. Embracing the firm’s core values of mutual respect and open communication, he has the unique ability to connect with employees at all levels of the company. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Ohio State University.

Mike approaches project management with a focus on thoroughness, efficiency and maintaining a high level of quality. From diligently explaining the project particulars to proactively addressing concerns, he makes clear and effective communication with the client a priority. Mike works in the Buildings Group and is mainly responsible for retail projects. His straightforward approach to design and exceptional follow-through skills are both qualities our clients appreciate and value, particularly for fast-paced retail projects. Mike holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Akron.

Dave is a recognized expert in monopole analysis, design and reinforcement. He developed software to analyze monopoles (when none existed), holds several U.S. patents for monopole reinforcing systems and developed a stronger, more efficient blind bolt system for monopole reinforcement. In his current role as President of the firm, Dave’s focus continues to be on innovation and customer service. He can often be heard saying, “We have to earn the client’s business every day.”  Dave is passionate about helping clients. Dave holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the TIA TR-14 Structural Standards for Communications Structures Committee.

Chad currently oversees the Power Group and also manages the project coordination group. An important aspect of Chad’s management and client development style revolves around trust. He believes trust is earned and not granted. Simply put, providing technical expertise for a client does not earn you the right to continue working for them. Chad approaches relationships with clients as a long-term process based on exceptional service, active listening and the ability to deliver uncompromising results with honesty and integrity. Chad holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Indiana Wesleyan University. 

Rich specializes in challenging, complex structure and foundation designs and modifications. He is the company’s technical expert for these types of projects. Rich is instrumental in developing designs for prototype structures. He is also adept at developing departmental processes and standards for tower and foundation designs applying his critical thinking skills to addressing the issue. Rich’s approach to managing client projects centers entirely on client satisfaction and service. He genuinely cares about his clients and works diligently to deliver solutions for their sites. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University. 

Oliver focuses his expertise and critical thinking skills on the most complex projects for the firm. He accepts unique client requests and delivers viable solutions. Oliver specializes in water tanks which require specific considerations when mounting wireless communications equipment on them. Oliver’s approach to project management is to attentively listen to clients, be curious and ask questions then determine the most relevant and meaningful information needed to produce results. He is humble, patient and a great communicator, which are all valuable skills for interacting with clients on difficult projects. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.

Demond’s client-centered approach to managing projects focuses on listening, interactive communication and always investigating and developing ways to make projects more efficient for the client. He has developed and implemented software that automates the design and analysis process for utility structures. This implementation significantly improved productivity for the Power Group and helped streamline the process. He has also created databases to better organize client information and facilitate communication. Demond holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University.

From concealments to reinforcements to complex foundations, throughout his tenure, Justin has had a hand in all aspects of this work. Most recently, he has specialized in deep foundation systems and unique pile solutions. Justin currently oversees the Monopole Department in the firm’s Communications Group. His style to managing his team is to get to know the individual capabilities of each and giving them responsibilities based on their unique technical abilities. Justin believes that a good manager should be an expert in the tasks that staff are asked to perform. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University. He currently serves as Chair of the TIA Ad Hoc Group for Foundations.

Jason oversees production work for monopole structural analysis and modification design and he has also recently spearheaded the development of the firm’s field services. His approach to client services is purposeful and revolves around listening instead of talking and setting expectations that are realistic and achievable. He makes his clients a priority and regularly shows that he values their business. Jason continues to learn and improve his skills believing that the more one knows the better one can serve. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University. He currently serves on the TIA Ad Hoc Groups for Monopole Baseplates and for Wind Oscillation/Fatigue of Tubular Structures.

Marsha began her career in advertising, but quickly realized that numbers were her passion and shifted her focus to accounting. Marsha is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management and financial reporting. She also handles the necessary, but sometimes uncomfortable, task of collections. Marsha views client relationships as a partnership built on mutual respect and a solid rapport. She believes that a strong client relationship begins with upfront, transparent communication. Marsha wants to understand a client’s situation so she can provide support. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Illinois State University.

Throughout his career, Jeff has focused on renovation work. Jeff is highly skilled at project detailing and has an extensive knowledge of constructability issues which ensures that clients receive the most cost-effective solution. His experience with building modeling systems helps produce quality design options with the client’s vision always the focus. Jeff believes that project management is about critical thinking and not just reacting to circumstances. He wants to thoroughly understand the client’s needs, analyze and evaluate alternatives and ultimately recommend the best solution for the project. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Justin currently oversees the Lattice Tower Department in the firm’s Communications Group. Justin believes that the way to help his staff achieve goals and succeed is by building trust and developing a genuine connection. He cultivates these connections through understanding and compassion. He doesn’t ask his staff to do anything that he hasn’t done. Justin’s direct approach is based on encouraging his team to assume more responsibilities and challenges to grow. He approaches client relationships in a similar manner. Justin provides honest, sound advice with the client’s best interest in mind. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.

Sean focuses his technical expertise on unique and challenging sites and new tower designs. He is also highly skilled with foundations, high seismic and wind, tower analysis, code compliance and field engineering. Sean is extremely thorough and detail-oriented. His approach to managing client projects is based on strong communication. Sean is uniquely able to translate complex, technical engineering solutions into simple explanations for the client. This earns him respect and trust. Sean is always eager to share his knowledge. Sean holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Dealing with people requires patience, objectivity and kindness. Beth certainly meets these requirements. She manages all areas of staffing, benefits, employee relations and performance management. On any given day, Beth wears many hats including administrator, coach, adviser and, more times than not, therapist. She has the unique ability to balance corporate policies with employee well-being. Beth genuinely wants to ensure employees are successful. Beth holds an Associates of Applied Science in Human Resources Management Technology from Columbus State Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Franklin University.

Stephen’s approach to project management is deliberate and results-oriented. He takes his time to observe and understand before responding. Stephen has the unique ability to take conceptualized ideas and quickly develop viable design solutions for clients. He is an experienced civil engineer with expertise in a wide range of projects. Stephen is using this broad range of experience to expand the company’s site/civil engineering capabilities across all three operational groups. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton. Also, he is a Certified Erosion, Sediment and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI).

Kyle’s professional focus and technical abilities center on antennae mounts and tower foundations including ways to increase capacity for both. He has worked with several mount manufacturers to perform finite element analysis (FEA) on mount connections to accurately predict pole behavior under given conditions and improve design. Kyle’s management style combines his exceptional technical capabilities with a practical approach which results in tailored solutions to fit the client’s needs. He is personable, humble and knows when to stop talking and start listening. Kyle values client feedback, using it to improve project processes. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University. He currently serves on the TIA Ad Hoc Groups for U-bolts and for Foundations.

Seth’s approach to project management concentrates on making his clients a top priority. He relies on excellent communication skills and understanding having the unique ability to simplify complex topics and provide a path forward. Seth is extremely thorough, able to see the big picture and can quickly provide his clients in the electrical power industry with practical solutions. He is patient and a tremendous teacher and serves as a valuable asset to colleagues and clients. Seth holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Chris has worked in information technology for over 30 years. He also has a solid background in software development. Chris is responsible for developing and managing hardware, software and storage. He also focuses on identifying and eliminating security vulnerabilities. Chris’ approach to ensuring that the firm’s technology operates properly and is secure revolves around his strong commitment to the success of the firm and his ability to multi-task. Basically, he does whatever it takes to make certain that systems are operational, safe and efficient even if that means working on a weekend or addressing an issue in the middle of the night. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Franklin University.

Mike’s project management approach is clear and straightforward. He understands that fieldwork and construction are unpredictable and complex, but that his ultimate focus is the accountability of our customers' budgets. Mike has a thorough understanding of industry standards, impeccable attention to detail, consistent delivery methods and safety is always his priority. Mike’s 14-year career in the wireless communications industry has taught him that the key to success is being flexible and adaptable. Based on his experience, he has earned his crew’s trust and they follow his lead. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Goldey-Beacom College.
