Roto-Rooter Service Center
Paul J. Ford and Company designed a 10,000 square foot, two-story office building adjacent to a 20,000 square foot shop/garage structure. The office building is a conventionally constructed steel building using moment frames as the lateral force resisting system. The shop/garage is a pre-engineered metal building design. This facility sits on a site with poor soil conditions and needed a soil remediation system using rammed aggregate piers to support the structure.
