Company becomes involved in the design of new guyed and self-supporting towers to address growing needs of cable industry.
Become the structural engineer of record for many landmark buildings in Ohio.

Tower capabilities expanded in response to the boom in the cellular industry.

WEBOPEN program developed for American Institute of Steel Construction and marketed internationally.

PJF Pole program developed for the design of communication monopoles.

Become an employee-owned (ESOP) company.
1996
Capabilities expanded to electrical power transmission and distribution structures.
Tower activity expands as a result of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
2003
Completed work on largest project to date, Banc One Corporate Center (now J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.) in Columbus, OH.
2004
Begin work on largest new build project to date, All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, FL.
